Our Story
Rino Ballox Home Styling was founded in Lyon in 2018 by Camille Rousseau, a former set designer who saw a gap between high-end interior architects and generic furniture retailers. Camille wanted to offer accessible, expert styling for everyday homes — apartments in Croix-Rousse, family houses in Caluire, and pied-à-terres near Part-Dieu.
Today our studio employs six stylists, two sourcing specialists, and a project coordinator who manages timelines and supplier communications. We have completed over 340 residential styling projects across the Rhône-Alpes region, maintaining an average client satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5.
Our Philosophy
We believe every home deserves thoughtful design regardless of budget. Our stylists work within defined price bands, always presenting options at multiple price points. We never push unnecessary purchases; instead we repurpose, reupholster, and rearrange before recommending new acquisitions.
Sustainability is central to our practice. We prioritise local artisans, vintage finds from Lyon's brocantes, and durable natural materials that age gracefully in French climate conditions.
